Beauty Pageant Contestant Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Contestants must be between the ages of 21 - 40 (regular) and 41 - 60 (empress).
Must be an Indian citizen
No criminal record or history of any kind.
Application Process:
All applicants must complete and submit the official entry form by the specified deadline.
Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.
Pictures submitted should be recent ones without any filters and photoshopping.
Code of Conduct:
Contestants are expected to conduct themselves with grace, respect, and professionalism at all times.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards fellow contestants, organizers, or staff will not be tolerated.
Image and Representation:
Contestants must maintain a positive and respectable image throughout the competition.
Any scandalous or defamatory behavior may lead to immediate disqualification.
Wardrobe and Appearance:
Contestants are responsible for their own wardrobe during the competition.
Attire should be tasteful and in accordance with the pageant's guidelines.
Excessive or revealing clothing may result in point deductions.
Talent and Platform:
Contestants must perform talents that are suitable for a family-friendly audience.
Personal introductions should align with positive values and contribute to the betterment of society.
You are free to share your real life stories of resilence if you have any.
Attendance and Commitment:
Contestants are required to attend all scheduled rehearsals, events, and activities related to the pageant.
Failure to fulfill commitments may result in point deductions or disqualification.
Judging Criteria:
Judges decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Decision of judges and organisers will be binding and final on the contestants.
Prizes and Obligations:
Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
Winners may be required to fulfill certain obligations during their reign, such as public appearances and activities as and when asked by the organization.
Disqualification:
The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for violating these terms and conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate.
